While you can choose from our selection of teddy bears, they are not customizable. However, you can personalize the recorded message inside the heart for a unique touch.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within the first 24 hours for assistance.
