PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Custom orders may require additional processing time, and you will be notified if any delays occur.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
International Shipping: 10-20 business days (subject to customs delays)

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free standard shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount—check our promotions for details.
International shipments may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us within 24 hours. Once an order is processed, address changes cannot be made.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors before contacting us.
For lost or delayed shipments, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in transit.
